  • Individual

    Coaching sessions are via phone, Skype, or in person whenever practical. All coaching includes unlimited phone consultations between sessions during business hours. We design a custom coaching relationship for individuals or couples that fits your needs. Typical schedule begins with a 3-day Mountain Retreat, assessments, and twice monthly 1 hour sessions.   

  • Cohorts

    Our most accessible offering is in-person and online facilitated peer cohorts, providing a safe environment among your peers to process and grow in the challenges of ministry leadership. Additionally, we offer themed cohorts, examples of which include Stewardship of Self and Others; Trauma Informed Ministry, and Ministry in the Post-COVID Church. Cohorts meet in-person in three day cohorts three times per year with up to six personalized one-on-one sessions.

  • Appreciative Inquiry

    A system-wide engagement with multiple stakeholders, AI is not primarily a “business” methodology, but rather a way of asking questions and learning about any system. We have successfully employed it with both individuals and church-wide stakeholders. AI is a method of discovery: it identifies what is most life-giving within a context, how to appreciate those stories, to envision and describe a shared future expression of those strengths, and to intentionally design a path toward that vision. AI explores not “what’s broken” but what is working, to discover how to cultivate and increase those practices.

  • Spiritual Direction

    Drawing from years of ministry experience, our own spiritual journeys, and a theology of the whole person we provide guidance to growing in healthy care for one’s own spiritual well-being. Spiritual Direction is a mentored process the goal of which is learning to better know yourself, God’s love for you, and to develop practices that cultivate these toward personal flourishing.

  • Consulting

    Team Building: for leadership teams, church staff, boards and staff, we facilitate processes for developing high-trust, high-functioning teams— healthy conflict, mutual respect, and accountability for increased fruit and results.

    Sabbatical Consulting: sabbatical planning and preparation for pastors and church boards.

    Staff Search/Talent Acquisition: we develop role benchmarks, and conduct internal and candidate interviews to bring the search to a successful conclusion.
